MEET OUR FOUNDERS
Eden Sewell
With 17 years in the NZ Police, Eden is a licensed private investigator with extensive experience in investigations. His background forms the core of Work-Rite’s services.
Andrew Hui
Bringing a lengthy career in business management, Andrew is a licensed private investigator focused on business-to-business relations. His expertise ensures comprehensive service offerings.
MEET OUR TEAM
Josh Stevenson
For 14 years, Josh served with the NZ police in Hawkes Bay, the last four years as rank of Sergeant.

Josh's experience with police created many transferable skills which he utilized initially as a Contract Investigator with Work-Rite Ltd, before taking up the role of National Investigations Manager in late 2023. Josh has also been a business owner, and this has helped develop his understanding of the operational side of business as well.
Josh is a keen sportsman with 18 years dedicated to semi-professional sports with Napier City Rovers Football Club, where he has both captained the team and contributed as a senior squad member. He has also spent 5 years on the clubs executive board. Family is at the core of everything Josh does. Married with two daughters, they inspire and motivate Josh to strive for excellence in all aspects of life. As National Investigations Manager, Josh continues to uphold the values of integrity, diligence, and dedication.
Ari Schinkel
As our Office Manager and Operations Support, Ari brings a strong foundation in organisation, problem-solving, and behind-the-scenes efficiency.

Before joining the team two years ago, she spent over a decade as a qualified veterinary nurse and also served as a Veterinary Nursing lecturer at EIT. These roles honed her ability to manage complex situations with calm and clarity. Ari is often described as the “glue” that keeps the office running smoothly—someone who gets things done without fuss. She takes pride in supporting the directors and investigators, communicating with our clients, and ensuring everything functions seamlessly. Ari's role is essential to the success of our investigations.
Tim Rowe
With over 40 years of investigative and analysis experience with the NZ Defence Force, NZ Government agency and NZ Police, Tim brings a wide and varied amount of experience to Workrite.

As a crash investigator and analyst, he has attended and investigated over 1000 crash incidents, from minor damage through to serious and fatal injury crashes and has experience in providing evidence in District and Coronial Courts.
Tim has trained as a NZ Police Negotiator, and also worked as a fraud investigator for the NZ Government.
Tim and his partner have three awesome children, two with their own families, and five adorable grandchildren.
Tim has been involved in both playing and coaching / mentoring a wide range of sports for over 50 years, but is now enjoying the sideline spectator role.
